What messages you get
If you opt in, PMA may send transactional and customer-care texts: loan and application status updates, document reminders, rate lock confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting the form at pmafin.com/sms/optin and checking the consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default. PMA stores the consent source, timestamp, phone, form URL, user agent, and exact disclosure text for audit proof.
