SMS Terms of Service
Terms that apply when you choose to receive PMA text messages.
Program
The Premier Mortgage Advisors LLC SMS program sends transactional and customer-care messages to users who opt in.
Consent
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving mortgage services.
Mobile information and consent privacy
Mobile information and SMS/text messaging consent will NOT be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. PMA uses approved service providers only to deliver requested messages, operate the SMS program, honor STOP and HELP requests, and maintain consent records.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, PMA sends one confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
